When should I place my order?
As soon as possible! The more time we have to plan, the better. Larger events / weddings that require travel and set-up require at least 2 month's notice.
How much will my cake cost?
Our custom cake experiences start from KES 10,000. Final pricing will be guided by size, design and level of detail for your celebration.
I have a picture of a cake. Can you make it?
We welcome pictures and ideas as inspiration. However, we do not replicate other designers’ work out of respect for their creative process as well as ours.
Do you offer allergen-friendly options?
We offer gluten-free cakes on request. However, our baking equipment comes into contact with nuts, dairy, wheat and soy. If you have severe food allergies, we advise against consuming our products.
Why are your cakes “so expensive?”
To create the best culinary experience, we source fresh, high-quality ingredients. We use natural dyes for colour and limit the use of artificial flavours. We also prepare your cake from scratch, including sponges, fillings, frosting and decorations. This process could take anywhere from several days to weeks! It is a labour of love which creates magical results that you will cherish for a long time!
What is your return policy?
We offer a full or partial refund in the event that there is damage to the cake in which we are irrefutably liable. Proof must be given either through pictures / in person before the cake is served; compensation will be determined on an individual basis. If the cake is cut and consumed, we assume it was fit for purpose and no compensation will be given.
How do I store leftover cake?
In the unlikely (and impressive) event that you have leftovers, you can keep it at room temperature if consuming within 48hrs, or in the fridge for 5 days. Your cake will also freeze well for up to 3 months in an airtight container, or wrapped in cling-film and foil.
Where are you based?
We are currently based in Nairobi and travel wherever love calls. We’re highly experienced in setting up cakes in a variety of venues and would love to be a part of your special day wherever you are!
